Description

Provides a web based system for users to enter Project time, Easy Web interface for PMs to add projects & Work Breakdown & Project estimates .
Provides Standard SQL reports for Project Financial Spend, WBS Spend & Time Sheet Defaulter List.
Can also be used to manage leaves along with Leave Reports. Must Read the Installation Guide (xls) document on zip folder

Solution uses : ASP .Net (c#) and SQL Database and SQL Reporting services for reports.

  • Less Management effort for PM since no requirement to assign project or tasks to resources - Resources to select appropriate Project and Task/WBS for time entry
  • Central control for PM to enable/disable project/ WBS for time entry for all user by changing Active Status- No need to de allocate resources from Projects/Tasks
  • WBS IDs can be mapped to actual Microsoft Project Plan IDs for easy effort tracking
  • Easy Excel download facility for most screens
  • Invoice Method -Invoice by Work Break Down rates is very useful if you manage multiple clients and each have different rate based on WBS work (not by Resource used or Role)
  • Invoice by Role rate - If standard role rates applies to all customers
