ProForma is a fully object-oriented PHP5 library for building and managing XHTML forms. It provides a standard API for form creation, validation, auto-fill, and more. The XHTML output is standards compliant and highly skinnable using CSS.

Please note that development of the library has somewhat stagnated due to the lack of time on my part. I have recently started a web development company, therefore I just can't find the time any more to work on ProForma. If any developers out there want to continue the development of the project, please let me know.
