• prinstantreader V1.1 binaries file released: prinstantreader_V1.1_binary.zip

  if a COM-Port is not persistant (e.g. notebooks often do not have a COM-Port any more; there are plug and play USB->COM adapters available) prinstantreader crashed when trying to read from the (not present) COM port. In this release this error is caught. If the COM port is installed again the program will read from this port without restarting. When settings dialog is invoked and the COM port is not present a warning message is displayed.
