Anyway if it does not work, you can download:
http://prestoweb.sourceforge.net/data/packages/templates.pwpkg
Please, take a look in the URL you can replace the name "templates" with package you're needing.
Then you can paste it into your data folder.
If you don't have pwpkg file to extract packages:
http://prestoweb.sourceforge.net/pwpkg.zip
And extract it into your presto web folder.
