FlightBriefer is a WebOS® application for aviators that provides partial NOAA ADDS® aviation data service access, simple flight leg planning, a "nearest" airport function integrated with Google Maps®, DUATS® flight briefing and flightplan filling,
Great work guys! I'd like to add a few suggestions: 1. Second the request for a combined metar/taf button. 2. While a zulu clock would be ideal, displaying the ADDS output header date/time stamp would work well for text products. ex. (1625 UTC 20 September 2009) 3. Include the Radar Coded Message Composite Image with Tops in FlightBriefer. This will allow users to swipe between the Tops image and WxRad, allowing a more 3D (or 4D if you loop it) interpretation of TS. Perhaps the Tops image could auto load in FB when the Radar button is pushed. 4. Keep up the good work.
I like this. I work for a Emergent Helicopter / Fixed Wing service as a dispatcher. I am curious if you could track a plane (has to be a filed plan) by using the technology of this site: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N200VU . this tells me the plane is in TYS or Tri Cities Airport and the right side updates filed times as well as ETA's. This would be a great addition for phone software. thanks !! vandyfc@comcast.net
Can the flight log be manipulated for pilots that don't use hobbs
Quick and easy way to get various types of weather products. Plus a convenient flight log. -Pro Pilot
Finally an app that I can compete with my iPhone fellow pilots!! Great Job
I too am the other developer in this so I might be a bit biased as well - BUT, I think this new combined tool is the coolest thing to come to the Pre and highlights the Pre's incredible utility. Pre Rocks!
Well, I'm one of the developers, so I'm a bit biased, but it's clearly the best aviation app for the webOS to date!
