Tbe newest version of Cygwin's setup adds a security feature that requires a sig file to verify it.
A temporary fix you can use until a sig file is available is to add -X to the setup call line to turn off the security verification. You can do that by creating a shortcut of the setup file and adding ' -X' after the last '"' in the target line of it's properties.

Unable to get http://prc-tools.sourceforge.net/install/setup.ini.sig
It was able to download Unable to get http://prc-tools.sourceforge.net/install/setup.ini fine, but apparently it can't find a .sig file. Then it lists all the packages, but prc-tools is not there.

It looks like the root of this error is that gcc 2.95 is not supported on the Mac. The prc-tools installation page mentions that gcc 2.95 is only used for the m68k-palmos compiler and that "In the future, the m68k patches will be ported to GCC 3.x, and the gcc295 directory will disappear". At this point, I'm not sure which would be easier to get prc-tools running on the mac (I'm on an intel...

When configuring, I get the error "configure: error: powerpc-apple-darwin9.0.0 is not supported as a Palm OS target". I have all the patches done, how can I install prc?.

arm-palmos-gcc doesnt recognize palm sdk set by palmdev-prep
so including of doesn't work, unless /usr/share/prc-tools/include isn't symlinked to real sdk/include.
