I have tried a number of such web scripts, this one works like a charm. Highly recommended.

If AT&T, Comcast, Time Warner, and any other internet service is throttling YouTube and you happen to have a web server - THIS IS THE SOLUTION. Don't bother with the "free proxies" full of ads and malware. Thank you so much Abdullah Arif. I know it's been 6 years since you last updated it, and its kinda old, but it works. It's like a breath of fresh air... I can finally use that internet connection that I pay for on what I want to use it on rather than what the provider wants me to use it on.
