Create Target Systems (./grid-manage -create <hostname>) with profiles: - wait_OA_linux, perturbation_linux, make_archive_linux, timelimit_linux on the server node. - weather_cygwin or weather_linux of calculations nodes. Use command "./grid-manage -list" to see list of registered target systems. Note: During step 3 you must put SSH auth data files on the calculation nodes. 7. Stop WS-Core container. 8. Install GPE-Weather service - Configure (see below) and compile weather service. - Deploy Weather manager service: /gpe-services-dir/ws-core-4.0.3/bin/globus-deploy-gar /workspace-dir/WeatherService/weather-services.gar 9. Run WS-Core container. Execution process is started. Client node: 10. Run GPE Application Client and configure it. How to configure GPE Application Client see http://gpe4gtk.sf.net 11. Load GridBean into GPE Application Client: /workspace-dir/release/WeatherGridBean.jar 12. Click the button on input panel to load information.
