Port Forwarding Daemon

Hello,

Portfwd is a nice tool. I'd like to understand what are the limitation of it:
- I work in a corporate environment and it seems not to work efficiently with an HTTP proxy. Here is what I got as log file:
Jan 9 10:42:38 filoa53 portfwd[13728]: mother_socket: Transparent proxy - Binding to local address: x.x.x.x:0
Jan 9 10:42:38 filoa53 portfwd[13728]: mother_socket: Can't bind TCP socket to client address: Cannot assign requested address: x.x.x.x:0
Jan 9 10:42:38 filoa53 portfwd[13728]: socket_close(): shutdown() on socket FD 10 failed: Transport endpoint is not connected proxy

- You didn't give any example of HTTP. Is there complication with web (secured web site...) ?
