A portal project to produce a web based front end to a compute resource, such as a cluster, using PHP, mysql, and apache. The intent is to allow non-programmers to use complex programs through an intuitive interface.

Some bugs were fixed, a lot of code was either rewritten or moved in order to better encapsulate functions. Some caching has been added to speed file operations. Better use of sessions management.
After two broken releases in a row I think this is a working release. I fixed many bugs and made the install script a bit better. Please give this a test. The next release will include a fully functional upgrade option to the install script.
