Updated Scribus to version 1.3.3.11 and Ghostscript to version 8.61. Added a basic language changer ("Set Language.exe"). The Scribus launcher has been tweaked a little to accommodate a cleaner portable Scribus setup.

Portable Scribus 1.3.3.11 has been released. Includes Scribus 1.3.3.11 and Ghostscript 8.61. Changes include a basic language changer and a Scribus launcher tweak.
