It's not really portable if I need Internet access to run the installer, now is it?

Installation for Windows sucks so much! I cant believe that it can be so frustrating!

On the surface this would seem to be an excellent way to keep your documents and email with you as you move from client to client. Where it falls down is if you have Thunderbird installed on your office PC and wish to keep a second set of apps on a stick. Thunder bird won't self install security updates on either the PC or USB stick, reporting that until an existing version is shut down, upgrades cannot continue. Removing Tbird from one or the other has no effect. The results for someone unfamiliar with how the registry keys are altered by the software on installation can be disaster of the hugest kind. I can only hope the developers pay urgent attention to this effect. 4 out of 10 for this software means it's thumbs down from me.

Please excuse caps, but it's TERRIBLE. It downloads INSTALLERS, not archives as expected. Moreover, I need to click next, next, next for each package. Sure I can write script to do this mindless clicking, but how about ordinary user? Totally not recommended, it's really true windows-style piece of... software.
