PolyJen Version 1.09 1) Ran the code through the JBuilder 2008/Eclipse Find Bug option and implemented many of the suggestions. 2) Ran the code through a customized JBuilder 2008/Eclipse Clean Up code option. 3) Added <compilerarg value="-Xlint" /> to the build.xml and fixed all of the resulting warnings. They were mainly problems with using Generics incorrectly and serializable class lacking a definition of serialVersionUID.
PolyJen Version 1.08 1) More library routines in BeoBasis were renamed, so I made appropriate changes in this program. 2) Updated to the newest version of JFreeChart (1.0.11)
PolyJen Version 1.07 1) Some library routines in BeoBasis were renamed, so I made appropriate changes in this program.
PolyJen Version 1.06 1) Updated the code to work with the BeoBasis library. 2) Fixed the problem where the properties for an internal frame were not saved if the main program was closed while an internal frame was open. 3) Fixed the broken link for the help PDF file. 4) Created an Ant build.xml file to generate the appropriate jar and zip files. 5) The method of Polymerization.refreshData(), after adding the data, now calls the SortingTable.autoFitAllColumns routine. 6) Added a menu option for downloading sample data. 7) Added a legend to the calculation chart. 8) Changed the sequential/random option on the calculations frame from a combobox to an option group.
