Sorry, but I don't know your email (or don't know where to find it), but I have same problem with downloading old .cpp patch, so I reuploaded it again (new one seems working for me). If it will not solve problem, please give me your email (or place where I can find one) and I will email patch to you.

Hi, Thanks for the patch! SOmehow I am unable to download the CPP part of the patch. It always says download interupted. Maybe a sourceforge problem. Could you please email me the patch? Cheers, Dominik.

Unicode encoded names for document attachments
Some changes to PdfFileSpec class, which allows to specify unicode encoded names for files attached to PdfDocument. It done by adding /UF(UTF_ENCODED_STRING) key to FileSpe dictionary. This key is PDF 1.7 specific, so /F key added too for backward compatibility.
