In the current version of pocketuae it is not possible to swap the disks ingame.
A workaround for games which have support for more than one drive, you could map df0 to df3 to your disk images 1-4.
Most games recognize up to 4 drives. However, older games do not check about these extra drives, so they won't be usable right now. This is also true if you want to play games with more than 4 disks (like monkey island 2).
Another option would be installing the games (if possible, depends on the game) to a hard disk image. You could run the games through workbench then.
