o In the Key Installation Program, also display *.der in the dropdown list of the Choose File Dialog o Fixed crash when importing root certificates that don't have an email address o Disallow invalid combinations of Root Certificate, Certificate and Key o Disable the Export Password Field when a root certificate is imported
