The installer I am trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

At the moment the windows distribution is broken. Installer does not recognize if you have GTK+ already installed. If you proceed with installation it cannot find the GTK+ files. I have the latest patches/versions of WinXP, Pidgin, and GIMP. Currently trying to run the program results in it telling me that it can't find libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll which is found in two different places on my computer.
