Due to a problem with some of the mirrors the images are being re-uploaded. If your version is fine there is no need to re-download. The only reason its called a beta2 is so there is no conflict with file names. OK even re-doing the upload one of the mirrors are corrupted. The 64-bit image on heanet is corrupted so avoid that mirror.
