Total rewrite to qooxdoo 0.8 with PIE version 0.2.1
This project has been totally rewritten for use with version 0.8 of the qooxdoo platform. This provides a much cleaner interface and source code. Feature additions include a resizeable interface and dynamic addition and removal of loans. Calculation improvemnets and improvements for use with IE were also added. The help system is now integrated which should help for when I get around to working on translations. I have other locale issues that need to be fixed before implementing translations. For any interested qooxdoo developers, the bargraph class was also rewritten and is now much more flexible. It should be a good starting point if you wish to enhance it.
