Works very well. Maybe you could add a "Preview" option to the "Options" menu (like the one in the Kopete-LaTeX-Plugin)?

unfortunalty the image are slightly too small (on ubuntu 8.04)

Very Good! But, please add alt or title attribute with the source code of the formula to the generated image. Sometimes it is useful to be able to view it.

Very usable plugin for pidgin. It make my life easier, and, i think it have only one bad part - latex formulas don't save into history.
