First, thank you. Nice little script here. Simple, to the point, does what it needs to do effectively and simply. Kudos.
Could I make a feature request?
Would you add support for email to sms as another sms "service"
All this needs to do is to send the SMS message (it's already in the right format; 160 char limit incl subject, spaces and CR, etc..) but send it via smtp.
User supplies...

It's been a while since the last release, but finally the new version has arrived: PHP Server Monitor 2.0 has been released
PHP Server Monitor is a script that checks whether the servers on your list are up
and running on the selected ports.
It comes with a web based user interface where you can add and remove servers or websites from the MySQL database,
and you can manage users for each server...
