phpPasswordManager is a free online password management system / manager written in PHP. It organise your different accounts in groups and makes them accessible over a webinterface. Each account can be encrypted with a different masterpassword.

I've looked around quite a bit and there's nothing like this available as freeware. It's essential to be able to track all your client's passwords and this does a good job. It was what was used in my last job at a consultancy where there were 200 employees. (Mind you, it was on a private network and behind a basic authentication login)
