Getting error "Notice Only variable reference

    I am getting following message in my web browser while accessing the phpOraAdmin page (http://localhost/phpOraAdmin).

    "Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in /usr/local/achanta/apache2/htdocs/phporaadmin/classes/poa.class.php on line 38"

    My system Configuration:
    OS: Linux (RHEL3)
    Apache: 2.0.54
    PHP: 5.1.1
    Oracle: 9.2.0.4

    How to solve this problem

    Any Help Please
