This doesnt work with browsers like normal php modules would. All the graphics run on the server that is actually executing the php. Its just like using opengl with C, VB or any other language except with php as a scripting language.

There should be a configuration variable called extensions_dir in the php.ini. This is the directory you should put the dlls into.
