phPollster-0.99rc4 available
A quick release to fix some bugs introduced to the admin script causing header failures. Also started taking out the mysql_error stuff to make db failures less ugly, leave it to users to implement debugging [?].

3rd RC available for phPollster, fixed a couple of bugs, one of which made the software pretty well useless. Duh. Fixed a WTF in the results viewer. I'm in need of language files, any help/language would be much appreciated.
