    In your main domain zone, you need to specify name servers instead of an IP address for your BL sub-zone.

    What you have is:
    bl IN A 203.208.228.152

    What you need there is:
    bl 1D IN NS advanced.anonns.com
    bl 1D IN NS brilliance.anonns.com

    This will deligate the zone to it's own zone file.
