Ok, I just found out why this is happening: The html and javascript code for the support online image has to be directly after
Still, if that isn't possible (like in my case), you can add defer="defer" in the tag after src="'+url_dirajax+'phplively_client.js"
That will work for every browser.

This is very strange, but I believe the "error" (for ie only...) is on phplively_client.js which I'm still trying to figure out... anyway, if you know a patch or...
