These show a slight difference in meaning between English and Spanish:
Tag: FAMS:CENS:DATE = Spouse Census Date | Tag: FAMS:CENS:DATE = Fecha del censo de la familia
Tag: FAMS:CENS:PLAC = Spouse Census Place | Tag: FAMS:CENS:PLAC = Lugar del censo de la familia
Tag: FAMS:DIV:DATE = Spouse Divorce Date | Tag: FAMS:DIV:DATE = Fecha de divorcio
Tag: FAMS:DIV:PLAC = Spouse Divorce Place | Tag: FAMS:DIV:PLAC = Lugar del divorcio
Tag: FAMS:NOTE = Spouse Note | Tag: FAMS:NOTE = Nota de la familia
What DO they mean? Why would I put a CENS under a FAMS and not in the spouse's INDI record?
And why would I put a DIV under a FAMS instead of in the FAM of the couple that split?
As far as I understand, the English texts are wrong. I think that FAMS here stands for the record pointed at by the FAMS sub record, namely a FAM. That's why it has a DIV, etc.
