phpFormGenerator

The program works fine, sends mail etc and is easily customizable, I think it's a breath of fresh air but how do I change the default directory location where the forms are output so it's: http://www.mydomain.com/contactform and not:
http://www.mydomain.com/phpform/use/contactform

this way it would be easier to secure the admin tool and i could also secure the generator tool from public access, I'm ok at editing php but not great, yet, I've got as far as making my own send mail script which sends email from a webpage but that's about it so can anyone help out?
