Hey,
It seems table_new.php, table_upd.php, relation_new.php and relation_upd.php are missing for the mysql part. It is causing some 404 errors here.
Steps to reproduce:
1) extract the package to the webhost
2) try to login to the mysql database
3) Click the create table option.
