PHP Call Center is a web-based application used to keep track of a company's incoming phone calls. It is unlike other call loggers in that it is not based on "tickets" as those systems are often confusing and cumbersome to use.

This project is frozen. I really have no motivation to continue it, unless funding comes my way. It was initially created for a company I worked for six years ago. Might I refer you to Lite Outbound Manager?
A beta of version 0.3 has been released. It features a newly designed User Interface, use of a templating system and a Database abstraction class.
