This is a language agnostic Web API to the popular PHPBB (version 2.x) application. An independent client application may interface with the BBS using this web API.
Register and Add User API are changes to allow user rank information instead of user level information. The rank information is much more relevant since it allows to change the icon associated with user rank.
The source is checked-in in svn repository.
