1) sorry for not answering, but unfortunatly i don't have much time for the script at the moment (and had even less in the last months)
2) you don't have to call wrapper.php !!! please believe it.

3) normally, the folders in the temp directory are created automatically. if the permissions are ok. is your php running in safe-mode?
