One XML Package for PHP4 and PHP5
With the stable release of 0.4.0, ActiveLink PHP XML Package now works with both PHP4 and PHP5. This is great news for authors of PHP programs that do not want to worry about which PHP version their clients or customers are running, and what PHP XML libraries are available, if at all. ActiveLink PHP XML Package does not require any PHP XML extensions or libraries and is entirely self-contained.
