I am able to add megabytes of data and well over 500 records to a single PDB. Your script runs to completion on my machine. The PDB format allocates a 2-byte integer for record count, so it should allow for up to 65535 records.

I am attaching the code I am using.
Depending on the amount of Data I am loading to the PDB file, there seems to be a limit.
The code I am sending has the following problem.
It works fine if I load les than 500 records ($i500) it dose not work.
Is there a size limit? how can I change this.
PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT
