Added to the manual the statement that session.auto_start = 0 is needed and that PgMarket does not work with session.auto_start = 1 Thanks to Frederik Nosi for his report. Minor changes to PgMarket-PHPDOC.sh to make it work with phpDocumentor 1.2.2. Changed the fonts and specified the body padding in the style sheets.
