Finally I have found a way to easily produce high quality plots and end up with pdf.

Fantastic package. Not only are the plots beautiful, but the table typesetting is a great improvement on the standard LaTeX tables. I love the fact that I can just dump my data to a tab-delimited text file, and plot and create tables directly using pgfplots and pgfplotstable. Can't wait for the next version to be released!
