With version 0.1.7 you can render rectangular or circular boards, have them numbered (alphabetically, numerically, GnuGo-style) and get the option no_render to prevent go.pl from rendering every move. Note that boards > 9x9 look not that good in CircleGo. Standard-boardshapes up to 19x19 (and beyond?) are ok.
