UI is now case insensitive all writes to the main conf file are now handled by one function. all reads of the main conf file are now handled by one function, too!
perlCaster is now to version 0.1.3! perlCaster is now to a stage where the desktop user could use it. Several key functions of the program have been written, and I now feel that it's stable, and has many important features. As always, let me know if it can be improved!
0.1.3 - June 8, 2007 22:27 bugfixes: it a podcast has a forward slash "/", the slash becomes "_" for the directory name. i.e., "XYZZY/foo" - "XYZZY_foo" when removing a podcast feed with another one in the main conf after if, the conf file might get corrupted fixed bug that caused list X to return some episodes from a longer, previously listed podcast, in addition to the right results titles, etc now display ' instead of ' misc other small fixes added itunes:subtitle, itunes:explicit and itunes:duration. note that these are not used for anything, yet, just obtained, updated, and stored added "list X Y"
0.1.2 - June 7, 2007 02:09 misc. bugfixes users can now remove a feed from the conf file, and (optionaly) rm -r the feed's folder clean up the wget portion of the main loop
