Make sure you use the -c (complicated document) if you want anything approaching the original PDF layout. It does a pretty good job with fonts, colors and placement. Not so good with slanted text boxes, though. I'd blame it on browser compatibly issues. (maybe) It compiled easily, and works without hiccup. It makes a separate file for each page, and generates appropriate frames and indexes -- very workmanlike. DIVs, however are given inline styling, and no class. CSS vertical alignment should be specified as vertical-align rather than virtical-align. Still, this is the software you want when you want to teach old PDF's some new HTML tricks. BTW, the rest of the reviews seem to be written by ditto-heads. This software is actually deserves better than that kind of marketing.
