PDF-Shuffler is a small python-gtk application, which helps the user to merge or split pdf documents and rotate, crop and rearrange their pages using an interactive and intuitive graphical interface. It is a frontend for python-pyPdf.

This application has no competitor. There really is nothing that can even remotely compete with the simplicity of this program. It's easy, fast and just does the job, nothing else. No fancyness, yet no billion parameter crazy console app. I love it. This should be built-in to gnome, perhaps blended with evince.
