    Excellent program I did an approximately 1000 page(200MB) document in a matter of seconds once the program loaded it. Quick suggestion maybe you should add a simple dialog box to ask the user if he/she would like the pages stacked(if over 20 pages). This way it won't take so long to load the document initially if the user chooses non stacking mode. My document took about 5 min to load and only 45 sec to crop all of the pages.

    App is perfect to cut pages. Good, But the file .jar in the tarball file doesn't go on good. The .jar good is via website, in this link: http://sites.google.com/site/pdfscissors/pdfscissors.jar You can download and execute in the JVM. That's the correct version. Thanks for code it.
