I found in an old user manual (version 3.1) an option for running PC1D as an command line tool and store
the results in pdf-files.
Does anyone know how to do this with version 5.9? Is it still possible?

HELLO...i am also need to get the PC1D user manual...where are you get the PC1D user manual?...i am doing my project using PC1D simulator on CdTe solar cell...but there is difficult to find the manual...
i had some error when i simulate it, so i need that manual...maybe u can help..

Hey Don,
PC1D can be set up to simulate transient photoconductance (PC). Very useful. But I can't find a simple way to extract the data for external analysis.
I think the data could be extracted by running a batch and inserting "time step" as the input parameter and "CCum_(width)" as the output parameter, but there doesn't seem to be the option of setting "time step" as an input...

I would understand if possibile which boundary conditions PC1D implements at interfaces (for example the base contact).
Understandig it will be useful to simulate a short diode (in which the minoritary diffusion length in the bulk is greater than the thickness of the device) because of in that configuration boundary conditions at interface (especially at base contact) are fundamental to...
