  * Ensure walk+strafe does not confer a velocity advantage. * Map icon for the cherries. * Added two new sounds * Use 16x16 icon for start menu shortcut to get rid of the "pixallation". * Ensure the vcredist is installed. * Abstraction for os-specific code: Hide window icon changing inside the abstraction so compatibility with non-windows OSs is maintained. * Disable debug stats by default * Move project to a more suitable place in the tree * Include the actual text of the GPL in COPYING.TXT. * Make sure setup.py can still function as a regular (non-py2exe) setup script. * Show "try again" during countdown if player died. * Award an extra life at 10000 points.

• Pathman gets a running start on Sourceforge, releases beta

  After months of private development, Pathman -- an open-source 3D third/first person reinterpretation of Namco's popular 1980's arcade hit Pac-Man -- finally hits sourceforge. While the game is fully functional this release should be considered of beta quality. It has not received widespread testing and there are still a few (sound) assets that need to be finalized before the 1.0 milestone.
