A remake of the old DOS game Paratrooper. With several improvements.

* Fixed a bug which caused the game to be unable to find one of the images used by the game * Fixed the abovementioned fix, which introduced a small memory leak (about 30 bytes per paratrooper) * Slowed movement of the gun * All bullets move at the same speed, regardless of the angle at which they were fired * Added a TODO
