Thanks for the feedback and apparent bug\inconsistency between versions. I will take a closer look at the windows version and see what I can do to make the Linux and Win32 versions more consistent.

After examining the contents of the Parashell2.2 zip file, I discovered that the Win32 executable is compiled from Perl, since I find parashell.pl under src/Win32.
parashell.pl has a subroutine "usage" which should print out the usage and command line options. At the top there is a comment "#print usage statement if no command line parameters are passed or there is an unknown...
