You can get updates for stable version from "Stable_Snapshots" directory. This files are automatically generated from stable branch on our code repository, and they are generated each week.
If you want to "play" with current development version (5.0), you can get development snapshots in tarball from "Development_Snapshots". Code there is not intended to be used in production because is currently in development, release date is April 2013.
You can download preinstalled images of a full Pandora FMS 4.0.3 running for Vmware, XEN, KVM, ISO for CD install, OVF, Microsoft Virtual HardDisk and an image in EC2/North Virginia.
