pam_ssh

It is good news that someone has revived pam-ssh!

Unfortunately Debian have accumulated a pile of patches against the last release (1.92), and when I took over maintenance of the Debian package, I was led to belive that upstream was dead, so I just started introducing new features that people were asking for.

I do not think I can port all the Debian to 1.97 (simply because I have not written most of them), so I will ask for help with the sorting out.
