The Palm Tuner is a simple guitar/mandolin/violin tuner program written for PalmOS handheld devices that features a relatively accurate metronome with configurable pitch.

Not much new in this release except that I added B-flat pitch at the request of a brass player. I also corrected the version number in the about box.
