So why should p7zip swith to Subversion ?

(an empty svn repository is better than any cvs repository) - no, to be honest I didn't even check what it contains, all I saw was "CVS" where it should have read "Subversion", cough…

Because I see no advantage using a remote CVS or Subversion when :
- there is only one developer
- sometimes, I have no access to Internet during several days.

I prefer to provide snapshots in tar.bz2 format.
